Positive: Great location, everything you need to make a great stay

Girls trip Positive: How close by it was to access local areas. Very comfortable beds and spacious in the whole room. Warm home. Rooms were clean and tidy, towels laid out. Breakfast bites left for us to have - ceral bars and pastery and ceral options. There is plenty of tea and coffee, and sugar. Shower lovely and clean, very large 😌 The living room was comfortable, and it was a great place to chat. Access to the house was okay, and colours within the house made it feel very homely. The kitchen was great with full facilities Negative: Car parking scenario, but great at communicating if more than 1 car is needed. Car park was not noticeable, but once found was okay. Should be a marker within the car park to express which space is allocated On the description about things that were left in the home for breakfast, some options were not there, so we had to go to the shop. Quite steep steps when accessing the flat. The outside area could be cleaner, felt like it was very dirty but couldn't be helped with it being very public but could do with an extra brush. Lights within the access could have been better, as well as within the home, some quite dull but some okay. WiFi was not great. There was no access to this, and there were no passwords anywhere. The box was there at the entrance, but nothing would work. A little folder would of been great to express things within the home such as WiFi, heating, cooker, local knowledge just a little welcome pack would be great 10am check out was not great, and needing to pay for extra is not ideal. 11am would he better, and then the option to pay going forward.

Overall enjoyed the stay plus free car parking was a big plus Positive: Location, kitchen facilities were good and very clean Negative: Beds were uncomfortable,windows in bedrooms were in poor condition leading to noise from main road
